Role Description
To review stocking of production continually engineering & other materials to maintain optimum stocks and hence reduce overall stock holding costs without compromising on production maintenance sales forecast. To ensure proper disposal of by products and waste generated as per company environmental policy. To ensure proper warehousing of finished goods.
Responsibilities:
1. Target positive variance against budget.
2. Service level Feedback (user satisfaction)
3. Reduction of stock holding improved cash flow.
4. A properly managed stock holding process that meets AGPK production and market requirements as per stores procedures and controls.
5. Accurate records of finished goods handed over from printing and packaging 6. Finished goods yard management and dispatch to customer
7. Tracking of returnable Packaging
8. Ensure no stock out of critical supplies
9. Monthly stock takes on all inventory categories
10. Ensuring that all requirements of the Implemented Management
Requirements
Minimum requirements / qualifications
Minimum Undergraduate in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing & Supplies management Experience & Competences required:
7 years relevant experience in a similar position.
Working knowledge of SAP is a must.
High level of integrity and honesty.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to put in extra time as per work demand
