Job Description

Work Timings: 10:15 am 7:15 pm

Working Days: Monday Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)

Location: Lower Parel Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)

Reports to: Manager

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Age Criteria: Upto 25 years

About the Role:


As the Content Strategist (Copywriter) Lead at our Lower Parel office you will spearhead content strategy initiatives across diverse channels ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing brand visibility. Your role will focus on crafting highimpact content for SEO infographics websites ads video scripts and brand campaigns. With a strong copywriting background and leadership abilities you will shape our brand voice ensuring consistency and engagement across all platforms.


What Youll Do:


Content Strategy and Development:

  • Conduct keyword research competitor and content gap analysis and industry research to guide content creation.

  • Write highquality SEOoptimized longform and shortform content (e.g. blogs landing pages product descriptions) to drive website traffic engagement and conversions.

  • Track analytics and performance using tools like Ahrefs or Semrush to refine and enhance content strategies.

  • Ensure quality content creation and distribution across various platforms and channels.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Partner with marketing teams to develop communication strategies that boost customer loyalty and conversion rates.

  • Create persuasive and engaging copy for emailers popups web pushes and WhatsApp messages to drive customer retention and engagement.

  • Work with content production teams to ensure SEOoptimized and userfriendly video editing and graphic design.


Leadership and Performance Monitoring:

  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators providing guidance feedback and support as needed.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms focusing on metrics like website traffic and user engagement.

  • Prepare detailed reports to assess content strategy effectiveness and identify improvement areas.



Requirements

MustHave:


  • Experience: 34 years of proven experience in content writing strategy and SEO.Expertise in delivering content across multiple marketing channels.

  • Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to craft plan and edit highimpact content for various platforms.

  • Retention Marketing Knowledge: Experience in handling marketing campaigns for retention platforms like emails websites and WhatsApp.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent timemanagement skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to guide and nurture a team fostering a creative and productive work environment.


ShouldHave:


  • Strong understanding of SEO and analytics tools like Ahrefs and Semrush.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams for effective content communication strategies.

  • Strategic mindset for content planning and campaign execution.


NicetoHave:


  • Familiarity with the edtech industry and its content requirements.

  • Experience in leading marketing campaigns for customer engagement and retention.

  • Ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to content strategy discussions.



Qualifications: While formal education and qualifications are important, we care mainly about your attitude, your work ethic, your desire to learn, and your ability to fit into our existing team culture! Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. Strong analytical, written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
