Job Description
- About Client Our client is a leading solutions provider in the Ecommerce and Information Management space globally.
Key Result Areas
Business / Function
Prioritize daily deliverables and assist / supervise team members with planning at a project level
Oversee execution. Execute projects / project tasks. Adhere to procedures. (Self)
Resolve client issues.
Meet / exceed operational targets.
Upon request participate / contribute in developing / executing procedures / processes (e.g.: invoicing
developing reports)
Participate in the selection process to ensure the right talent is selected in a timely manner.
Develop groom coach team members so that they are able to perform better / as per the business objectives. Ensure data confidentiality integrity and protection of companys intellectual property.
Internal Team
Make sure all team members have a clear idea of what is expected of them.
Review team performance on a daytoday basis. Ensure team s performance meets / exceeds client
requirements.
Make sure all team members performance is reviewed periodically and clear feedback is provided on a
continuous basis.
Demonstrate professional behaviour in all facets of work life understand and practice company values.
Ensure productive work relationships are established with all relevant internal functions.
Maintain discipline and professional work ethic to protect the company s image and reputationDo not indulge in unlawful practices and always maintain data confidentiality and integrity
Safeguard the companys intellectual property
Ensure respect and tolerance with regards to cultural differences
Practice inclusiveness and treat everyone with respect and dignity
Build lasting relationships with employees and clients based on trust
Enthusiastically participate in all the corporate events and imbibe the team spirit
Requirements
Experience
4 12 Years in content writing / editing
Degree in English Literature Mass Communications or Marketing with 60% marks.
Knowledge
Awareness of ecommerce and retail industry
Process Management Client
