Roles and Responsibilities 1. Content Creation-
Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms.

Write compelling copy for posts campaigns and advertisements.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics.

Design product brochures and other marketing materials.

Work on layouts templates and brand guidelines to maintain consistency.

Draft design and publish regular newsletters to engage with customers and stakeholders.

Ensure highquality content and timely dissemination.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness.

Monitor social media platforms engage with audiences and analyse performance metrics.
-
Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
-
Plan and execute search engine marketing campaigns (Google Ads etc.).

Monitor and analyse SEO/SEM performance and implement improvements.
-
Track measure and report the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Provide actionable insights based on data to improve engagement and conversions.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in social media management content creation and digital marketing.

Proficiency in content writing graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop Canva etc.) and video editing software.

Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.

Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms.

Creativity attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
4. Technical Skills

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics Google Ads and social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite Buffer).

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
