Job Description:

• Lead the design architecture and development of scalable secure and highperformance software solutions.

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing deployment and maintenance.

• Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks frameworks and tools to meet business and technical requirements.

• Ensure code quality performance and security through best practices such as code reviews automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends leveraging them to drive innovation.

• Mentor and guide a team of engineers fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and technical excellence.

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders translating business requirements into technical deliverables.

• Manage resource allocation and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

• Resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.

• Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Leverage experience in insurance InsureTech or FinTech to design industryspecific solutions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Understand core insurance/finance concepts such as underwriting claims management risk assessment and policy lifecycle.

• Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities within the InsureTech/FinTech ecosystem.

• Experience at least 4 years of Low code/ No Code experience.

• Microservices Architecture: Strong knowledge of designing and implementing microservicesbased architectures.

• APIs Development: Strong experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.

• APIs Management: Strong experience in Managing Securing and monitoring the APIs.

• Database Management: Proficiency in both relational (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and nonrelational databases (e.g. MongoDB Redis Cassandra).

• DevOps Practices: Handson experience with CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java Python C# JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Cloud Platforms: Expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Security: Understanding of secure coding practices authentication protocols (e.g.OAuth SSO) and compliance standards (e.g. PCIDSS GDPR).

• Frameworks & Tools: Experience with modern frameworks like Spring Boot Node.js or React/Angular/Vue.js.Management Skills

• Proven experience in leading and managing crossfunctional engineering teams.

• Strong project management skills including planning prioritization and risk management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Ability to inspire and motivate team members while driving accountability and ownership.

• Experience in agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

• 12 years of experience in application development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. AWS Azure or Google Cloud certifications).

• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
