We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Catering Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth managing client relationships and leading our catering sales team to success.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase catering revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored catering solutions
- Lead and motivate the catering sales team setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and pricing strategies
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial client contact to event execution and followup
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and budgets to senior management
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the companys catering services
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in catering sales or related field
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
