Job Description
What you will do
- Use your deep functional understanding to contribute to the business design for the product.
- Contributing to defining the product roadmap and supporting endtoend delivery of product releases & communication with different stakeholders
- Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D teams that are openly collaborative are nonhierarchical respect contributions and work with agility
- Enable empower and encourage teams for continuous improvement of functional and domain understanding
- Challenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product
- Supporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions
- Act as a mentor to the team and reinforce organizational values and culture

Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors or higher engineering degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent additional professional experience.
- Handson experience in delivering banking solutions from concept to production with a deep understanding of Core Banking operations CASA management interest calculation methods general ledger operations and clearing and settlement.
- Wellversed with major customer journeys in the Core banking domain.
- Has worked as a functional expert/SME for the Core banking system.
- 10 years of industry experience in design development operations and managing functional perspectives of solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Visualize e2e use case and landscape define scope interactions/integrations of different services
- Collaborate with business stakeholders Product Management team assertiveness arbitrations
- Exposure to Microservices based architecture understanding and defining nonfunctional requirements; experience with new product development based on a distributed architecture
- Handson with Open API Specification ability to define APIs
- Agile organization exposure working with the team in clarifying user needs and prioritizing and planning of scope
- Good understanding of building Product Roadmaps Release Plans etc.
