Job Description
Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years hands on experience with Oracle HCM
- Technical and functional experience in the main Oracle Financial Modules: HCM Payroll Time & Absence and Recruiting.
- Oracle HCM development experience including SQL PL/SQL Reports Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM databases and strong SQL skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle HCM Common features and native tools.
- Experience with supporting the Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting functions like BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability and willing to learn new Oracle Cloud infrastructure tools like Oracle Integration Cloud
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
