Job Description

JD for BFSI Sales Consultant/ senior BD consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join us as a Sales Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) industry or industries with strong business links to BFSI clients. The incumbent will leverage their network to source BFSI clients while playing a key role in driving business growth.

Were transitioning from a serviceoriented model to a productdriven approach building an innovative skilling platform to empower Indian youth with domainspecific training and soft skills development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Account Management:

    • Leverage existing industry connections to identify potential BFSI clients for recruitment and outsourcing opportunities.

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster longterm partnerships.

  2. Market Mapping:

    • Identify trends and opportunities within the BFSI sector to strategically position our services.

    • Engage with decisionmakers to understand their hiring and outsourcing needs and present tailored solutions.

  3. Revenue Generation:

    • Drive business growth by sourcing new opportunities and closing deals in recruitment and outsourcing.

    • Achieve revenue targets with variable incentives tied to business sourced and revenue generated.

  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    • Provide strategic guidance to align client needs with our service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 15 20 years of experience in the BFSI industry or related fields with strong connections to BFSI clients.

  • Network: Established professional network in the BFSI space particularly with decisionmakers in HR Talent Acquisition or Operations.

  • Skills:

    • Proven expertise in account management and business development.

    • Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

    • Ability to understand and address clientspecific hiring and outsourcing challenges.

Compensation:

  • Structure: Fixed salary (retainership fees) performancebased variable pay.

  • Incentives: Variable pay will depend on the business sourced and revenue earned.
