You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1. Develop and execute finance transformation strategies aligned with business objectives/OKRs .
2. Analyze existing finance processes identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
3. Implement digital finance solutions (e.g. BI RPA AI SAP) to automate and streamline processes.
4. Lead crossfunctional teams to design and implement new financial processes and policies.
5. Collaborate with operations teams to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
6. Develop and maintain financial models forecasts and budgets.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations laws and company policies ( e.g. relevant accounting standards & policies ).
8. Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. auditors consultants).
9. Develop and train finance teams to enhance skills and knowledge.1. 8 years of finance experience preferably in BPO or shared services or GBS environment.
2. Proven track record of finance transformation and process improvement is a must
3. Professional certification (e.g. CA CMA CPA. CIMA).
4. Strong knowledge of finance systems (e.g. SAP and digital tools like Power BIetc
5. Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with finance transformation methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
2. Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and standards.
3. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
4. Certification in project management (e.g. PMP).
