Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hiring Practice Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition client interactions and data management preferably in facilities management or other manpowerintensive industries. The candidate must hold an MBA in HR and demonstrate a strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices with exposure to technology.
Location: Hybrid (Based in Mumbai India) and Remote (other locations)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients in the Facilities
Management and related industries. Must be proficient at hiring through LinkedIn and Jobboards
Conduct thorough candidate assessments including screening interviewing and evaluating qualifications to
ensure a highquality candidate pool. Must have used ATS and understand recruitment work ow.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide matching talents for their requirements
Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards social media networking and referrals to identify
potential candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates clients and industry professionals to enhance our recruitment
network and reputation.
Hiring Practice Executive
Stay updated on industry trends market insights and best talent acquisition practices to improve recruitment processes continually. Having a research interest is essential.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities including candidate pipelines progress and
challenges. Knows how to draft a JD.
Must have closed CXOlevel positions for MNCs and corporations. A nonIT background is preferred with experience in
Facility Management Hospitality and Manufacturing.
Compensation
The budgeted takehome will be 40K Maximum Per Annum which will be offered depending on experience. Immediate joiner apply
Job Location
Mumbai employees must attend the office three days a week at Dadar and work remotely the rest of the time. This is a remote fulltime role. The candidate must have their own laptop internet and phone connection.
In the rest of the locations the Candidate will work remotely from home.
