Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daytoday operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with design production and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and provide insights for decisionmaking.
- Lead and mentor the operations team fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers vendors partners and other stakeholders
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- 78 years of experience in operations management preferably in the interior design or furniture sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
