Overview:
The Virtual Assistant Process Associate is a crucial role within our organization and is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the calendar appointments and travel arrangements of the team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails phone calls and other correspondence.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation reports and presentations.
- Perform data entry record keeping and database management tasks.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks such as expense tracking and invoicing.
- Assist in managing projects tracking progress and coordinating tasks among team members.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing scanning and office organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
