We are seeking an experienced GEM Portal / Tender Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in scouting submitting and managing government and other tenders through various portals. If you have a passion for navigating government tenders and are adept at managing documents and processes we d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- GEM Portal Expertise: Operate and manage the GEM portal efficiently. You must have at least 2 years of handson experience working on the GEM portal including bidding uploading documents and handling inquiries.
- Tender Management: Understand and manage the entire lifecycle of government tenders including preparation submission and monitoring of tenders. Create and manage tender documents to meet eligibility criteria.
- Tender Scouting: Identify relevant tenders by scouting various government agency portals. Stay uptodate with new opportunities that align with our business goals.
- Vendor Registration: Handle vendor registration processes across various government agency portals to ensure eligibility for participation in tenders.
- Documentation: Ensure all required documents (technical and financial) are accurate and submitted within the deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with the GEM portal.
- Strong knowledge of government tender processes and documentation.
- Experience in vendor registration on government portals.
- Ability to identify relevant tenders across different platforms.
