Urgent Openings CSE (International Process)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally over voice calls with a focus on delivering excellent service to International customers.
- Resolve billingrelated queries and disputes in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance in troubleshooting basic internet hardware or software issues.
- Document interactions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments if necessary.
- Leverage knowledge of chat or email processes (if applicable) to assist customers across multiple channels when needed.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of customer support tools CRMs and ticketing systems.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience working in an international BPO specifically handling voicebased customer support for the US market.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to converse fluently with native US customers ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
- Computer & Internet Knowledge: Should have basic to intermediate knowledge of computer functions internet browsing and resolving customer technical queries.
- Billing Queries: Familiarity with resolving customer billing concerns or issues related to payments.
- Multichannel Experience: Prior experience in chat or email processes will be an added advantage.
- Versant Test Knowledge: Should be familiar with the Versant Test format and requirements ensuring readiness for assessments.

- Strong problemsolving skills able to think on your feet while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work in night shifts as per US time zones.
- Must be a team player and open to continuous learning and development.
