Overview
As a Tele caller you will play a crucial role in the organization as you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients handling inbound calls from clients and providing them with information on products or services. Your ability to effectively communicate persuade and provide exceptional customer service will directly impact the companys success and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Handle inbound calls from existing and potential clients
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary
- Conduct customer surveys to gather information and feedback

Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Tele caller or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively use phone systems and software
- Strong knowledge of sales and customer service best practices
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Patience and ability to handle rejection
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
