Job Description:
This is a fulltime onsite job role. As a growing startup you will be an integral part of our dynamic team gaining handson experience in multiple functions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Engaging in outreach to both current customers and potential leads while keeping track of interactions for effective communication.
2. Conduct product demonstrations that effectively communicate the technical and operational advantages of the application.
3. Deliver expertlevel technical support addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to product usage.
4. Help with the smooth setup and launch of the application for clients.
5. Collecting feedback addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction postinstallation of the product.
Qualifications:
Fresher with a Bachelors degree in any discipline
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Hindi is mandatory)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
