We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in NonIT Hiring to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruiting for Store Managers and Beauty Industry Staff. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding ensuring a seamless and efficient process that aligns with our company values and requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Source screen and interview candidates for nonIT positions with a focus on roles such as Store Managers Sales Associates Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists.
Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates specifically in the retail and beauty sectors.
Handle the fullcycle recruitment process including job posting sourcing screening conducting interviews and final selection.
Work closely with store managers and department heads to understand staffing needs create job descriptions and set hiring priorities.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor Degree.
Minimum Experience of 2 years of experience in NonIT recruitment with a focus on retail and beauty industry hiring.
Strong understanding of recruiting for positions like Store Managers Beauty Advisors and Sales Roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple positions simultaneously
