Job description:
- Responsible for delegate acquisition for conferences from doing market research and lead
- generation to sell delegate packages to senior level business leaders for a conference events.
- Working closely with the Managing Director Marketing and Production team.
- Contact appropriate executives to ensure they are aware of events selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations.
- Tenacious articulate and confident in engaging at director level.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting pitching to closing.
- Follow up calls after email proposals to close deal.
- Liaising with confirmed delegates to ensure event attendance and participation.
- Consistently meeting daily KPIs (call rates) and monthly revenue.
Skills:
- An excellent communicator with both strong verbal and written skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office & MS excel.
- Professional eager and open to learn our own unique sales process.
- A graduate with good business acumen and the ability to digest complex market knowledge fast.
- Driven and purposeful hardworking and ambitious with a read desire to build a career in sales.
