Overview
As the HR Product Head you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of innovative HR products and solutions within our organization. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy enhancing HR processes and ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive organizational success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HR product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with HR and crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR products and initiatives.
- Identify market trends and conduct competitive analysis to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch including stakeholder alignment and change management.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key HR technology vendors and providers.
- Ensure the seamless integration of HR products with existing systems and processes.
- Measure and analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming product management team.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR product initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Drive organizational change through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR management Business Administration or related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR product management with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading and developing highperforming teams.
- Indepth knowledge of HR technology including HRIS talent management and employee engagement tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
- Track record of successfully driving product development and delivery within a complex dynamic environment.
