Position: ML Tech Lead
Experience: 6 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Pune
Shift Timing: US Time Zone Overlap (8:30 PM 11:30 PM IST)
Budget: 14 to 17 LPA
About the Role:
Were seeking a dynamic ML Tech Lead to design develop and maintain our cuttingedge AI/ML platform. If youre passionate about AI leadership and working in a collaborative environment this is the role for you! You ll mentor and lead agile teams to drive innovation and deliver topnotch machine learning solutions .
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Innovate: Design and develop an AI/ML platform thats secure fast and accurate .
Lead Agile Workstreams: Manage projects from requirements gathering to actionable tasks ensuring smooth execution .
Mentor & Guide: Provide coaching to data teams on architecture best practices and new technologies .
Evaluate & Track: Define criteria for data quality and ML model tracking to ensure highperformance outcomes .
Collaborate: Work closely with product research and engineering teams to integrate product changes seamlessly .
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 6 years in MLOps ML Engineering and Data Science with 2 years of leadership and mentorship experience .
MLOps Expertise: Proven track record deploying CI/CD pipelines model registries and managing input workflows in production .
Model Mastery: Skilled in launching diverse models like statistical models LLMs GenAI GPT3.5/4.0 from POC to production .
Tech Skills: Proficient in AWS Amazon Bedrock Snowflake Python SQL Tableau and Alteryx .
Tools & Collaboration: Experience with Jupyter Notebooks GitHub JIRA and Weights & Biases for seamless collaboration and version control .
Team Player: Proven collaboration with research teams to enhance project outcomes with handson research .
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership: 2 years as a Tech Lead excelling in mentorship and playercoach roles guiding teams to success .
Data Migration: Experience with migrating datasets and workflows between legacy platforms and modern services .
FastPaced Environment: Thrive in an agile lean and fastmoving XP environment .
Global Collaboration: Experience leading offshore and nearshore teams highly valued .
