Key management Index :
- To sustain and grow SOB in existing business
- To generate business revenue through existing products & existing customer (A product sale)
- To generate business revenue through new products (sale through C&B)
- To generate sales through export
- Brand value generation Tech shows participation in exhibition in India and overseas market
- Customer indent inventory management close interactions with PMs PPC team.
- Payment recovery out of monthly sales and development costs ECN
- Customer relationship management
- Benchmarking pestle analysis SWOT analysis knowledge upgradation JV partners.
