Job Description
Who You Are:
Experienced QA professional with leadership in automation using Selenium Web Driver and Java. Analytical collaborative and skilled in mentoring junior team members.
Your Role:
Lead Automation Efforts: Design and implement robust test automation frameworks with Selenium Web Driver and Java.
Implement BDD Principles: Apply BDD principles for efficient collaboration between
teams.
Enhance Test Coverage: Develop comprehensive automated test suites for software validation.
Collaborate Effectively: Communicate closely with crossfunctional teams for product quality.
Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship within the automation domain.
Desired Technical Competencies & Skills:
Automation Mastery: Extensive experience with Selenium Web Driver and Java.
Karate Framework (Desired): API automation experience with Karate framework is a plus.
BDD Principles (Desired): Familiarity with BDD principles and frameworks like Cucumber or Spec Flow.
Analytical Skills: Strong problemsolving ability in complex systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently and within a team
environment.
