- Conduct territory analysis & finalization conduct stockists outreach & finalize CNF agents

- Identify key chemists for coverage (FF size governance); finalize BEAT plan

- 7 yrs of experience as Regional Sales Manager/ Sales Head in a PharmaCo (Mandatory)
- Experience managing directtochemist models and working with pharma distribution networks
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough territory analysis to identify market opportunities and finalize stockist outreach strategies including the selection of CNF (Carrying and Forwarding) agents.
- Segment chemists based on potential and existing relationships ensuring targeted engagement strategies.
- Identify key chemists for coverage develop a Field Force (FF) size strategy and establish governance for effective market penetration.
- Create and implement a comprehensive BEAT (Business Excellence Action Team) plan to enhance sales performance.
- Build and lead a highperforming sales team providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Sales Head in a pharmaceutical company (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing directtochemist sales models and familiarity with pharma distribution networks.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with chemists and distribution partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
