Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Financial Due Diligence engagements for acquisitions mergers and investments in the U.S. global market simultaneously.
- Perform indepth financial analysis reviewing target companies financial statements and identifying key risks opportunities and dealbreakers.
- Coordinate across global teams including tax legal and operational due diligence professionals ensuring seamless execution across assignments.
- Evaluate financial performance focusing on quality of earnings working capital and debtrelated issues across various deals.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior management clients and stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.
- Develop strategies to efficiently manage resources and deadlines for multiple concurrent projects ensuring client expectations are met within tight timelines.
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities expanding client relationships and supporting proposal development.
- Supervise mentor and provide guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of professional growth and accountability.
Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA or CA preferred.
- Minimum of 68 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence Transaction Advisory Services or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP IFRS and other international accounting standards with experience handling crossborder transactions.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills ensuring highquality outcomes across parallel projects.
- Strong financial analysis problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to deliver clear concise reports to stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in a Big 4 or similar advisory firm with exposure to handling multiple concurrent engagements is preferred.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and effectively manage client expectations across several transactions.
