Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead with extensive expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in designing developing and managing integrations. This role requires strong technical skills in REST API SOAP integrations and scripting along with a solid understanding of web technologies like HTML and AJAX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration efforts for ServiceNow ITSM ensuring seamless connectivity with other systems and applications.
- Design and implement robust REST API and SOAP integrations ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts to enhance integration processes and automate workflows.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document integration processes configurations and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest integration and ServiceNow technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8 years of experience in integration technologies with a focus on ServiceNow ITSM.
- Strong proficiency in REST API and SOAP integrations.
- Experience with scripting languages and web technologies such as HTML and AJAX.
- Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Experience with other ITSM platforms or integration tools.
- Familiarity with additional scripting languages or frameworks.
- Experience in a leadership or team management role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
