- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues providing effective solutions and escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product and service information to effectively address customer needs.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively ensuring a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
