Job Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate clubhouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency
Perform daily clubhouse management and supervision to ensure all services in the clubhouse are in
normal operations
Ability to look after all activities in the clubhouse including sports facilities (Squash Badminton TT
Billiards Gym Swimming Pool Yoga) and other activities (coworking space games room meeting
rooms/board room music room)
Knowledge or experience with F&B and ability to oversee the hospitality areas like the bar restaurant and
banqueting
Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities are in good
conditions
Hire qualified personnel for required departments according to company standards
Supervise and evaluate all hospitality and maintenance staff and conduct performance reviews
Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly when necessary
Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses as related to the clubhouses
Enforce adherence to regulations company SOPs and quality standards
Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
Review and prepare reports for senior management
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and key customers
Perform vendor management and closely monitor vendors performance handle contractor administration
and service contract renewal
Plan organize and promote recreational activities like Sunday poolside brunches and interest classes
like yoga classes in the clubhouse
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors and management
