Position Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished HR Admin Head to lead our HR operations and drive strategic initiatives within a fastpaced startup environment. This role requires a dynamic HR leader with strong expertise in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and a proven track record in startup settings. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with the ability to support growth and foster a collaborative and productive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support our organization s growth and performance.
- HRIS Management: Lead the implementation and optimization of our HRIS ensuring accurate data management and efficient HR operations.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Develop and manage recruiting and onboarding strategies to attract highcaliber talent and build a culture of engagement and retention.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Create initiatives to enhance employee experience build morale and encourage a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and HR policies maintaining a safe inclusive and compliant work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes to align individual goals with organizational objectives fostering accountability and growth.
- Training & Development: Establish and manage training and development programs to advance skillbuilding and leadership development across teams.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee HR administrative functions including payroll benefits and office facilities management to support seamless daily operations.
Qualifications:
. Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration
or a related Field.
- Experience: 1015 years in HR and administration with strong exposure to startup environments.
- HRIS Proficiency: Handson experience in implementing and managing HRIS platforms to streamline HR functions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading HR functions and driving organizational change through effective people strategies.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to develop solutions to support business goals and resolve HR challenges.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively across all levels of the organization.
