Job Description
A leading specialty chemical polymer and rubber manufacturing company.
Designation: Head (Engineering)
Location: Ankleshwar
Experience: 18 plus years in the chemical polymer or process industry
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Plant Maintenance activities to ensure the availability of Plant equipment for the smooth running of plant machinery and utilities. Also responsible for other activities like planning generating capex for Project Activity and their timely completion preparing the project budgets and overseeing the successful execution of projects as per schedule within the approved budget.
Handling overall Engineering and Project functions viz; Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation Utilities and Civil.
Responsible for budgeting controlling & reducing engineering and Project expenditures.
Responsible for identifying opportunities for Energy saving concepts & their implementation.
Responsible for facing regulatory audits as an engineering representative.
Preparation and implementation of documentation whenever new change modification of engineering related systems.
To ensure for Equipment Qualification Preventive Maintenance Utility Operations Electrical & Civil Projects documentation & related work activity.
