Job Summary
The Assistant Bartender supports the bartending team by preparing and serving beverages maintaining a clean bar area and delivering excellent customer service in a fastpaced cafe environment. The role includes assisting with drink preparation restocking supplies ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation & Service: Assist with making alcoholic/nonalcoholic drinks (coffee cocktails smoothies) ensuring drinks meet the cafes standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers take orders offer recommendations and resolve concerns promptly.
- Bar Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the bar clean stock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Support Bartending Team: Help with cocktail garnishes prep ingredients and assist during busy periods.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and maintain the POS system.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to food and alcohol safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
