We are looking for a professional and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in our Maroochydore Head Office on a fulltime basis.
This role is responsible for completing timely accounts receivable processing as well as providing exceptional accounts and administration assistance to our finance department ensuring efficiency accuracy and the highest standard of customer service.
- Monitoring and managing accounts receivable ledger on our ERP and Trust systems ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments
- Processing Credit Applications and maintaining uptodate documentation on all debtors and limits approved
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare and examine accounts receivable reports highlighting trends and providing insight to management
- Liaising with internal stakeholders shared service function and management on financial related queries
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate records ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing general administration support to the financial
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position
- Solid understanding of accounting legislation and processes
- Effective planning and organisational skills to manage pressure situations multiple tasks and ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to deal sensitively and maturely with confidential information and records
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail numerical ability and data entry skills
- Availability to work full time hours Monday Friday.
