Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain organized and confidential employee records.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Assist with performance management processes including reviews and evaluations.
  • Support employees with HRrelated inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll processing.
  • Participate in developing HR policies and practices.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and teambuilding events.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention strategies.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports on HR metrics.
  • Assist in the development of organizational culture and values.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Support disciplinary procedures when necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation planning.
  • Handson experience with performance management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
