Key Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Maintain organized and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist with performance management processes including reviews and evaluations.
- Support employees with HRrelated inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll processing.
- Participate in developing HR policies and practices.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and teambuilding events.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention strategies.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports on HR metrics.
- Assist in the development of organizational culture and values.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Support disciplinary procedures when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation planning.
- Handson experience with performance management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
