Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives challenges and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations demonstrations and proposals that showcase the capabilities and benefits of SAP solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) sessions to illustrate how SAP products can meet the specific needs of clients.
- Customize and tailor SAP solutions to align with the unique business processes and goals of each client.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on SAP best practices industry trends and solution options.
- Provide expert advice to clients on financial reporting budgeting forecasting cash management compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation providing insights and requirements gathered during the presales process.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP products features and updates and effectively communicate these to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients finance executives CFOs partners and SAP representatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral case studies and other materials that support the presales process.
- Participate in industry events conferences and seminars to promote SAP solutions and establish thought leadership in the field.
- Lead and mentor a team of presales consultants providing guidance support and coaching to ensure their professional development and success.
- Define and implement presales strategies processes and best practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Manage the presales pipeline including prioritizing opportunities assigning resources and tracking progress to ensure timely and successful delivery
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience 56 years in a presales role specifically focused on SAP solutions. Indepth knowledge of SAP products and modules including SAP S/4HANA SAP ERP SAP Business Suite SAP CRM BTP SAP SAC etc.
- Strong understanding of business processes across various industries with the ability to map these to SAP solutions.
- Deep understanding of finance processes and principles including financial reporting management accounting financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP finance modules and solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Finance SAP FICO SAP Treasury and Risk Management etc.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with finance professionals at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
