Responsibilities
- Manage the daytoday thirdparty marketplace (Amazon Flipkart Myntra Ajio Amazon Global etc) operations and build relationships with KAMs of Marketplaces
- Work on AOP & visibility calendars with marketplaces on month on month basis. Monitor marketing execution traffic and ad performance.
- Monitor and report on Marketplace performance metrics ROS discounts listings pricing SLA breaches & returns
- Conduct weekly monthly quarterly and seasonal sales reporting
- Determine why certain products are trending up or down clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock and recommend replenishment considering weeks of supply
- Competitor research analysis
- Experience in Amazon Flipkart PLAs and PPC tools.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently with demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative as well as able to work crossfunctional environment
- Strong analytical & excel skills and a clear understanding of retail math
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations
- Knowledge of Uniware or an inventory management system is a plus
- Background in Womens fashion is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3 years of handson Ecommerce experience across marketplaces
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
