The Admin and HR Executive / Sr. Executive will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions and managing human resource activities to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office facilities equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
- Maintain proper filing systems and document management.
- Organize and oversee events meetings and conferences.
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for employees.
- Manage company assets including IT equipment and furniture.
Human Resources:
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees including job postings interviews and documentation.
- Maintain employee records (attendance payroll contracts etc.).
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (EPF ESI etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
