Job Description


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing selecting and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media and employee referrals to attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and facilitate interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process to ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the companys employer brand.
  • Support daytoday HR operations including handling employee queries and resolving HRrelated issues.
  • Assist in the management of HR policies and processes ensuring they align with company objectives and comply with local labor laws.
  • Ensure timely completion of employee documentation including offer letters employment contracts and other onboarding materials.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance to ensure accurate attendance leave and employee benefit data
  • Assist in the development implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws company policies and other relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and update policies as required.
  • Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution to promote a positive work environment
  • Support employee engagement initiatives including onboarding programs teambuilding activities and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant development programs.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement within the organization.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices recruitment techniques and Saudi labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
