Job Description
Requirements:
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, environmental science, or a related field.
A postgraduate degree in urban planning or city development is preferred.
Knowledge of urban planning principles:
A comprehensive understanding of urban planning concepts, land management, and community development.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to urban planning.
Analytical skills:
Ability to analyze social, economic, and geographic data to assess community needs.
Skills in using spatial analysis tools such as geographic information systems (GIS).
Research skills:
Ability to conduct field research and studies to collect information necessary for planning.
Report writing skills to clearly present findings and recommendations.
