Who are we

Based out of IIT Bombay HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by Indias most respected science agencies (DST BIRAC DBT) we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi 2022.

What we want you to do

Procurement:

Source and procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures

Negotiate prices terms and conditions with suppliers

Evaluate bids and quotations to ensure best value for money

Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors

Operations:

Coordinate and manage the daytoday operations of the organization

Ensure efficient use of resources and optimize processes

Manage inventory logistics and supply chain

Identify and implement process improvements

What we are looking for

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field

At least 23 years of experience in procurement and operations

Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Postgraduate degree or certification in procurement or supply chain management

Experience in a similar industry or sector

Knowledge of quality management systems and standards
