Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs provide tailored solutions and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Onboard new clients conduct training sessions and ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Product and Tech) to address client concerns.
- Identify upsell/crosssell opportunities.
- Analyze client feedback identify trends and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
