Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and
extending offers.
Develop and maintain pipelines of potential candidates through networking job postings and
employee referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and align recruitment strategies
with company goals.
Leverage modern recruiting tools and platforms to attract top talent in SaaS servicebased and
market intelligence industries.
Conduct market research to understand talent trends and recommend innovative recruiting
practices.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain detailed records and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
2 4 years of HR recruitment experience preferably in SaaS servicebased DaaS or market
research companies.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools applicant tracking systems and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in the hiring process.
