What will you do
Build the most loved brand to borrow money from our customers!
Achieve collection targets for the assigned area ensuring targets are met.
Control the flow of cases in different buckets and focus on reducing nonstarters.
Ensure availability of adequate staff (Feet on Street) areawise bucketwise and segmentwise.
Establish productivity parameters for Collection Officers/Agencies monitor their performance and conduct weekly reviews.
Conduct background and reference checks for appointed agencies/Collection Executives (CEs).
Identify and address training needs for CEs and support collection officers in legal/police matters.
Conduct customer visits as necessary to resolve collection issues
Eligibility requirements :
10 years of experience in collections (Unsecured loans LAP Personal loans)
Need to have experience of collections in Rajasthan
Worked with Banks Finance Institutions NBFCs etc.
communication,team management,legal and compliance knowledge,customer relations,collections management,leadership,performance monitoring,staff management,customer relationship management,target orientation,loans,training and development,collections
