seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Anchor for Government Sales in the education sector to lead sales
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of revenue generation aligning with the companys vision and profit goals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy and business plan tailored to K12 EdTech and government clients.
Identify and pursue government tenders and corporate partnerships securing contracts through effective negotiation.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with government bodies agencies and Learning & Development teams to drive market expansion.
Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving/exceeding targets.
Deliver product demos presentations and workshops to schools fostering relationships with schools and educators.
Stay updated on market trends competitive landscape and customer insights to refine strategy and enhance market positioning.
Travel across regions including remote areas to expand market penetration and maintain client relationships.
Prepare sales reports forecasts and metrics providing insights to management.
Organize promotional activities and business events staying proactive in identifying and converting new leads.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree Mandatory
Post Graduation in business administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
35 years of experience in sales business development or account management preferably in the education sector or related industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
