Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Unicommerce Manager to oversee the implementation configuration and maintenance of our Unicommerce platform. The Unicommerce Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce systems optimizing processes and maximizing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Unicommerce functionality strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Unicommerce platform to meet the organizations ecommerce requirements.
- Customize and tailor Unicommerce features and workflows to align with business processes and objectives.
- Manage integrations between Unicommerce and other systems such as ERP CRM and payment gateways.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including configuration guides process flows and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of the Unicommerce platform.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and operations to support business initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with Unicommerce updates and new features evaluating their potential impact and implementing upgrades as needed.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the Unicommerce platform.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Unicommerce Manager or similar role with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Indepth knowledge of Unicommerce functionality including order management inventory management and warehouse management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and technologies including online marketplaces shopping carts and payment gateways.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and protocols such as APIs XML and FTP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues propose solutions and implement improvements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Certification in Unicommerce or relevant ecommerce platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a retail or ecommerce environment.
- Knowledge of other ecommerce platforms such as Magento Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and retail technology.
