Job Description: Sales Engineer

Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Mumbai lower Parel
Reports To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Client Acquisition:
  • Identify engage and secure potential clients in the lubricants paints & coatings construction chemicals and building materials sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  1. Technical Consultation:
  • Assess customer requirements and propose appropriate engineering machinery and solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Utilize digital tools and social media platforms to generate leads and increase market visibility.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends market demands and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for market expansion strategies.
  1. Customer Support:
  • Address presales and postsales queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Education:
  • Minimum qualification: BE/BTech in Engineering or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
  1. Experience:
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in engineering machinery or related industries.
  1. Skills:
  • Proficient in English communication both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent internet and social media skills to enhance digital outreach and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  1. Other Requirements:
  • Age: 2540 years.
  • Must hold a valid passport.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
