Job Description

Our client is the world s first AIonly higher studies institute based in the US. They are on a mission to create the most studentcentric higher education institution globally offering degrees exclusively in AI for both students and working professionals. Their founding team comprises industry experts from the US and India united by a shared vision to make highquality AI education accessible
to everyone with a personal touch of humanity.

They are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Lead with 5 years of experience to join their growing team. You will play a key role in executing their content strategies enhancing their social media presence and helping them engage with their AIfocused audience. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with a creator mindset who is eager to gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment.

This is an inoffice role based out of Gurugram.
Must have B2C experience
Highly preferred candidates from EdTech Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in ideating creating and publishing content across their social media channels.
Collaborate on content plans that align with their broader social brand and business objectives.
Generate creative onbrand content that resonates with their target audience and adheres to our tone of voice.
Monitor and engage with key social media trends ensuring their content remains relevant and impactful.
Develop compelling copy for social media posts ensuring excellence in grammar
storytelling and attention to detail.
Analyze and report on content performance providing insights that help inform future content strategies.
Maintain quality control by reviewing content against brand guidelines before publication.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proactively engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment with
organizational goals.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
A creator mindset with experience generating content from ideation to execution.
5 years of experience in social media content creation or a related field.
A solid understanding of social media platforms algorithms and audience engagement tactics.
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and grammar.
Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends.
A datadriven approach to evaluating content performance and applying insights to improve future content.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and independent work ethic with the ability to take initiative while adhering to company guidelines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various organizational levels.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working in social media or content creation roles.
Strong familiarity with AI technology or educationrelated content is a plus.
