Roles & Responsibilities:
The Customer Success Representative (CSR) plays a pivotal role in engaging with our small to midsize accounts. They will provide clients with critical communications including upcoming educational sessions new releases feature spotlights and more in a onetomany format. They will research customers identifying opportunities for expansion and upsell and work with the CSM and Key Account Managers to grow accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a selfstarter mentality a broad understanding of business processes and ability to think outside of the box. They should be comfortable doing email campaigns research on accounts and contacts and problem solving.
Primary duties include:
Research Customer Background: Utilize the world around you to research background on the clients you are working with.
Execute Communication Plans: Execute on communication strategies for assigned customers.
Identify Engagement Opportunities: As you communicate with clients work to engage them in conversations that may lead to expansion or upsell and pull in the CSMs/Account Managers.
Handle Customer Escalations: As customers identify road blocks with their tools work to provide resolutions or pull in the right resources to work with the client.
Qualifications
Experience in Software: Prefer candidates with experience in any capacity within the software industry.
Curiosity and Learning Agility: Must be inquisitive personable and a quick learner eager to explore new ideas and adapt swiftly.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a focus on detail time management and followup.
Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to finding smarter ways to work.
Business Background: Ideal candidates will have a background in finance HR sales technology or other related business functions.
