Job Description
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Workday.
- Expertise in Power BI or similar BI tools for interactive reporting.
- Strong technical skills in SQL including database management query optimization and performing ETL processes.
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for analyzing and maintaining data.
- Ability to document data models and report designs.
- Skilled at delivering concise insights to technical and finance teams for business decisions.
- Proficiency in Power BI features such as Calculations Filters Drilldowns and Charts for creating appealing reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics roles.
- Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience in ETL process development and implementation.
- Excellent understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights from complex data.
- Experience in creating visually appealing and userfriendly dashboards.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel functionalities and other data analysis tools.
- Selfmotivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
