Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets. With your strategic vision and proactive approach you will help shape the future of our business development initiatives and contribute to the companys success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients across various industries to expand the client base.
- Lead Generation & Followup: Develop and implement effective strategies to engage and convert leads into clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead nurturing campaigns and increase brand awareness.
- Industry Knowledge: Continuously stay updated on industry trends competitors and best practices to drive successful strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on business development activities performance metrics and progress towards targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Research or related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of lead generation sales processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software LinkedIn and other social media/lead generation tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
