We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in B2B sales and revenue generation. In this role you ll drive business growth by identifying opportunities fostering relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients in the enterprise and SMB sectors through outbound sales techniques like cold calling email outreach and social media prospecting.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Showcase MyOperator s solutions to prospective clients through product demonstrations and presentations tailored to their needs.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
- Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and consultative selling.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends competitor offerings and customer needs to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 years in B2B sales ideally in SaaS cloud communications or related technology products.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain longterm client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and negotiation abilities.
- TechSavvy: Familiarity with cloudbased solutions telephony systems and IVR products is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field.
